2 Kings Summary

Elisha gets a double portion and the divided kingdoms are met with exile. While Hezekiah and Josiah try, Judah still is last to fall. 

I Kings Summary

Today we get to hear what Solomon wished for. We also meet one of the greatest prophet's of the time as he duels the false prophets and is victorious through the One True God in a might way.  Great stuff today!

2 Samuel Summary

As we celebrate the risen King today, we also close out the book that speaks of the greatest earthly king in King David.  Great stories of his rise and fall and rise again.  Similarly, he too began in Bethlehem and finished in Jerusalem. 

1 Samuel Summary

Great book introducing three main characters. We meet Samuel, Saul, and the one and only David.  Great stories in this first book of Samuel. 

Ruth Summary

Ruth and Naomi make a decision that is to trust the One True God and gives us the lineage of Christ.  Today we pay tribute to the important women in our lives as well.

Judges Summary

Good stuff on the need for good leadership and did you know you are a mighty hero!  Go with the strength you have Mighty Hero, God is with you today! Find out more in today's episode.

Joshua Summary

Great evidence of the goodness of God is displayed in the book of Judges. Obstacles are no hindrance for the Lord's will to be accomplished in His people. Great stuff today!

Deuteronomy Summary

Today we get to see what God see's to some degree and figure out just what was in store for Moses after all of this wondering. Great day to be in the Lord.

January 19, 24 - Numbers Summary

Today we finished Numbers in the Daily Walk. The numbers speak of rebellion as well as progress. The number of Israelites has increased significantly, yet their rebellion will cause a number of issues for them. Tune in for more. Good stuff today!
