February 23, Deuteronomy 8-11

Moses recants the past and emphasizes a need to live according to the covenant. When we live according to God's plan all blessings come to us despite difficulties of life. Think how much harder it would be without Him. 

February 22, Deuteronomy 5-7

Moses recants the meeting on Mt. Sinai with the new generation. Still today if we follow His covenant He blesses us abundantly. If we choose not to most of us would agree it is rough.  

February 20, Deuteronomy 1-4

First of Moses messages to the people on the plains of Moab overlooking the land they are about to enter in Canaan is a history lesson of the Lord's provision. 

February 19, Numbers 34-36

As the Israelite people overlook the land they are about to enter the Lord tells Moses to divide it amongst the tribes by Lot as the excitement grows for the promise.

February 18, Numbers 31-33

Moses gives land east of the Jordan, and the Midianites are conquered. A brief history lesson of their moves is given and God warns against splinters. 

February 17, Numbers 26-30

Time has flown by and the Israelite people are nearing the promise land. A new leader is commissioned as Moses looks out over the land he will never enter.

February 16, Numbers 21-25

The people are given victory today and the donkey of Balaam speaks.  The Lord watches over His people

February 15, Numbers 17-20

Great stuff today as we see the budding staff of Aaron, and God's expectation of His Holiness in bringing water from a rock once again.

February 13, Numbers 13-16

Moses sends scouts to the Land of Milk and Honey at the Lord's Command.  The report is good, but the response is less than favorable. How quickly we forget the promises of God.

February 12, Numbers 9-12

It's time to move, and complaints abound. From the people, to Moses, to Aaron and Miriam, God reveals He has not lost the power of His hand all the while revealing mercy and grace.
