Zechariah Summary

Zechariah speaks prophetically for then and now. This is great stuff. You will want to read this book and give this a listen. 

Haggai Summary

Haggai speaks during the pose exilic period and brings the Word asking why?  Why is it is a good question for many of us today. Good stuff today?

Zephaniah Summary

Zephaniah takes us slightly back in time, but asks the important question in what temperature are we in our relationship with the Lord.  Zephaniah is a great read for not only their time then but today as well.

Habakkuk Summary

In today's reading we are reminded to trust the process. God is sovereign and He never fails.  Love this book in the Word. Good stuff!

Nahum Summary

Nahum revisits Nineveh but this time the message is much different. God's Word never fails as we see in this prophetic message.  

Micah Summary

Micah has a word for then that can really help us today.  Good stuff today.

Jonah Summary

Great stuff in Jonah today. He ran from God and fell into a deep sleep in the process.  Hmmmm. Maybe we tend to do that as well. Great stuff today from Jonah. You want to listen today. 

Obadiah Summary

The family feud continues and Obadiah is called to let the descendants of Jacob and Esau know that He sees and will be just in such a situation.  It all has to do with forgiveness. We can't hold onto that grudge forever like Edom does.  Good read today.

Amos Summary

Amos - a shepherd called to prophesy gives a message of warning to the Northern Kingdom of and closes with the message of hope from the Lord. Amos speaks as much of now as then of our spiritual journey. God pursues us, and wants to restore us if we so need it.  Good stuff!

Joel Summary

Joel speaks of a locust swarm as he prophecies of the pending invasion of Assyrian forces.  Yet in all of this there is restoration in our God who waits for us and loves us. He is our refuge and strength. From calamity to blessings all in one short book.  This could be the story of so many of us. Good stuff today.
