September 29, Zechariah 12-14

Zechariah closes with the promise in Him, we are stronger and people will know we have His power in us. I want that power do you?

September 27, Zechariah 9-11

Today we get the word on the coming Messiah, and the promise of protection from this Great King, who frees us from our oppressors'.  Good stuff today! 

September 26, Zechariah 7-8

Why do we do certain things repeatedly? Do they work for us? Do we expect different results and seem to get the same result each time but still do it? In today's reading the Lord sends a message through Zechariah about this very thing. Good stuff today. 

September 25, Zechariah 5-6

Wickedness is carried off, and the crown is readied for the Branch in today's reading. Great stuff as we see the blessings we have in store for us IF...we follow the Lord's covenant. 

September 24, Zechariah 3-4

Great stuff as the Lord rebukes the accuser, and loves small beginnings as told to Zechariah today. So good!

September 23, Zechariah 1-2

Zechariah the encourager gives us a great verse today that we can put our name in and know the Lord protects and fills us with His Spirit when we walk in relationship with Him. Great book, great stuff!  Happy Saturday!

September 22, Haggai 1-2

It is now post-exile period and Haggai brings a word about our priorities, explaining why it seems we are getting little return for our efforts. Good stuff today.

September 20, Zephaniah 1-3

Zephaniah is written during the reign of the good king Josiah and reminds us that we need more than a lukewarm relationship with the Lord. Good read today.  

September 19, Habakkuk 1-3

Habakkuk reminds us that we are sheltered in the arms of the Lord when we are in relationship with Him. Good stuff today!

September 18, Nahum 1-3

Nahum delivers the ultimatum unlike Jonah the choice. When we turn from God and rely on ourselves it does have consequences and Nineveh is about to find out.
