March 31, 2 Samuel 21-24

Great stuff today as David rectifies the situation with the famine and then is humbled over a census.  

March 30, 2 Samuel 19-20

David heads off another revolt and Joab is up to his old ways. Mercy is granted by David because perhaps mercy has been granted to David.

March 29, 2 Samuel 15-18

The Word of God comes to fruition in David's life through Absalom, David's son.  The saga gets very intriguing as David has to flee, but the Lord is with him. 

March 27, 2 Samuel 11-14

David falls from grace momentarily, but the Lord forgives. The question soon becomes can David forgive as the repercussions of his actions begin to unfold. Super good stuff today.

March 26, 2 Samuel 8-10

King David is given much success as the Lord is with him. The King makes good on a vow made with his closest late friend Jonathon. How do you receive love?

March 25, 2 Samuel 5-7

The kingdoms unite, and David brings the Ark of the Covenant to Jerusalem. The prophet Nathan tells of the lasting dynasty of David and the coming Messiah.  Great stuff today

2 Samuel 1-4

David returns to Judah and becomes King.....of Judah....tune in for the rest of the story.

1 Samuel 27-31

David defects to Philistia momentarily and Saul's demise comes as his reign ends.

March 22, 1 Samuel 24-26

There is talk and then there is talk. Some talk with little meaning and some talk from the heart. David reveals his God lead heart as Saul reveals his words are meaningless in this episode as David spares Saul's life not once but twice. 

March 20, 1 Samuel 20-23

Jonathon and David renew their pact, and David goes into hiding. The Lord watches over His anointed one.
